Please review these FAQs before asking us a Question
If your passport expires before December 1st, 2025, you must apply for a new passport with expedited processing. We require your new passport information by May 9th, 2025 to provide the necessary details for Markaz to issue the Sponsor Letter. Any delay in submitting your passport will make you ineligible for the trip. Please note that December 1st, 2025, has been chosen as the reference date for passport validity, as it aligns with the return travel date from India. To ensure the issuance of a sponsor letter by the India Jamaat, your passport must be valid at least until this date.
If you have already applied for or are planning to apply for a passport, please request expedited processing & expedited shipping to ensure you receive it within 14 days. Do not wait until the registration deadline to apply.
If your are approved, failure to provide your renewed passport details by the time we send the information to Qadian for the sponsor letter may result in you being removed from the approved list.
This event is open to all Waqfeen-e-Nau boys aged 12 and over, as well as non-Waqfeen-e-Nau Khuddam and Atfal (12 and over). Fathers or designated guardians (who can be a Nasir) are required to accompany a minor child (aged 12-15 at the time of travel). All registrants must be fully committed to traveling. You have to be born on or before Nov 20, 2013, to be eligible for this trip.
The approximate total cost and breakdown is available at the Qadian 2025 homepage https://events.waqfenau.us/qadian2025/
The total cost may vary depending on your departing airport hub, but it will remain close to the estimated cost, which will be provided once your application is confirmed. As outlined in the Terms and Conditions <https://events.waqfenau.us/qadian2025/#terms>we will coordinate with the Travel Consultant to purchase airfare in advance, even before the applicant receives their visa. This approach helps to significantly reduce airfare costs, as Indian authorities typically issue visas only two weeks prior to travel.
Since the travel is managed by a Travel Partner who handles airfare bookings for the entire group, and as we are required to travel together to arrive and depart India at the same time, individual ticket purchases are not permitted, even if a cheaper airfare is available elsewhere for one individual. We will coordinate with airlines to secure a group fare, reducing costs for all travelers and ensuring smoother logistics for our hosts in India.
All participants must depart US on Thursday, November 20th, 2025, to ensure arrival in India by the early morning of Saturday, November 22nd, 2025. (Please note that India is over 10 hours ahead of the U.S.)
