This event is open to all Waqfeen-e-Nau boys aged 12 and over, as well as non-Waqfeen-e-Nau Khuddam and Atfal (12 and over). Fathers or designated guardians (who can be a Nasir) are required to accompany a minor child (aged 12-15 at the time of travel). All registrants must be fully committed to traveling. You have to be born on or before Nov 20, 2013, to be eligible for this trip.

The approximate total cost and breakdown is available at the Qadian 2025 homepage https://events.waqfenau.us/qadian2025/

The total cost may vary depending on your departing airport hub, but it will remain close to the estimated cost, which will be provided once your application is confirmed. As outlined in the Terms and Conditions <https://events.waqfenau.us/qadian2025/#terms>we will coordinate with the Travel Consultant to purchase airfare in advance, even before the applicant receives their visa. This approach helps to significantly reduce airfare costs, as Indian authorities typically issue visas only two weeks prior to travel.

Since the travel is managed by a Travel Partner who handles airfare bookings for the entire group, and as we are required to travel together to arrive and depart India at the same time, individual ticket purchases are not permitted, even if a cheaper airfare is available elsewhere for one individual. We will coordinate with airlines to secure a group fare, reducing costs for all travelers and ensuring smoother logistics for our hosts in India.

All participants must depart US on Thursday, November 20th, 2025, to ensure arrival in India by the early morning of Saturday, November 22nd, 2025. (Please note that India is over 10 hours ahead of the U.S.)

Tentative Itinerary (subject to change):

  • Delhi & Agra – Spend 2 nights in Delhi, including a day trip to Agra.
  • Travel to Qadian – Full Day Journey on Buses via Hoshiarpur & Ludhiana.
  • Qadian Stay – Spend 5 nights in Qadian and explore and visit historical sites in Qadian.
  • Departure – Fly out from Amritsar Airport on November 30th, 2025. (Amritsar is approximately a 2-hour drive from Qadian.)
  • Arrival in the US – Due to the time difference, arrival in the U.S. will be on the same date.

Though you do not require a visa to travel to India or are securing Indian Visa on your own, you would still register by the deadline, and if approved, all other terms and conditions for the tour will still apply. Additionally, you will need to provide a copy of your Indian Visa or OCI Card. You would also pay a $375 deposit upon approval. You will expected to travel and stay with the group. If you have any questions, please contact the Qadian 2025 Team for assistance.

According to Indian authorities' requirements, if you hold a Valid Pakistani Passport, you must apply for the visa using that passport. However, this tour is exclusively for those traveling on US & Indian passports, which means you would be ineligible to travel with this group.

Please note, having an NICOP or Nadra Card does not disqualify you, as long as you do not possess a valid Pakistani passport.

This Tour is only for valid US & Indian Passport Holders so you are not eligible to participate at this point. Indian Passport Holders with Green Cards are able to participate as they do not require visa to travel to India.

As this is a group trip, you are required to stay with the group at the accommodations arranged by the India Jamaat. You are also not allowed to leave the premises without the knowledge and permission of your Chaperone and Tour Organizer, regardless of your age.

Since you are traveling as part of a group, the answer is no—you must stay with the group at all times. For minor children wishing to meet relatives, a request must be submitted by the parents via email.

If you have any underlying health conditions, you must disclose them on the registration form. Our trip physicians may contact you or your parents (if you are a minor) to discuss your health condition. If the physicians are satisfied with your health status and you acknowledge the risks associated with the trip, you may be approved, provided you meet all other approval criteria.
