Cost of the Tour:
- The tour is self-funded & all expenses for the trip must be borne by the Applicant with no travel subsidy available.
- However, MKA USA is working on a “Big Brother” program where those who have the means to sponsor a tour in full or partial can add funds for assistance. Please reach out to Sadr Sahib MKA USA or review FAQs.
- The total may change based on where you live and other factors involved. You should estimate around $1800 – $2200 per person in a total cost with the following estimated breakdown:

- A non-refundable registration fee of $350.00 must be paid to the USA Jama’at within 3 days of receiving the approval email. This fee will cover all logistical expenses in India including buses, transportation, accommodation, tickets to respective sights, meals, administrative costs, and any apparel. The fee is only refundable if the Indian Embassy rejects Visa. This fee is also subject to change based on currency conversion rates or unforeseen charges. Any unused funds will be refunded after the tour. Inshallah.
Terms & Conditions:
- All Applicants must register for the event online. Registration will close on July 5th, 2024.
- Registration does NOT guarantee your reservation or participation for the tour. All applications are subject to approval by the National Tour Committee – A decision email will be sent to the applicants no later than July 10th, 2024 Inshallah.
- Registration signup will be closed after 100 members have registered for the event so it is based on a first-come-first-serve basis.
- You must be eligible under the terms defined in the ‘Eligibility Criteria” section

- Your application will be considered withdrawn if the payment is not made in time. Please note that you can only pay online at the provided link via Credit/Debit Card or Bank Account at Chanda Portal. No cash or personal checks are accepted.
- All travelers must travel as a group and must leave India on or by December 1st, 2024. Per Markaz’s direction, members are not allowed to stay extra days in India unless prior approval is obtained from Markaz.
- Tickets cannot be purchased individually. Tickets must be bought by working with a designated Travel Agent and paid through the Jama’at Travel liasion for this event. More information will be shared once visas are issued.
- In some cases, if vaccination is required, please note that the vaccination charges are the responsibility of the person applying. please get further medical advice from your primary care doctor regarding your trip.
- Travel Health Insurance is also recommended. We do not recommend one agency over another. Please do your homework
- National Waqf-e-Nau Dept USA is not responsible for any money lost due to Visa Rejection, Trip Interruption, or for any reason not listed here.
- You must adhere to the safeguarding policy as well as sign certain documents relieving USA Jama’at of any liability.
- By registering for this tour, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in writing or verbally communicated to the participants.
I Registered, What’s Next?
- We have received an overwhelming number of registrations for the Qadian 2024 and approximately 100 members can go who are 100% committed and have planned time off from School or Work.
- If you have not read the FAQs and Additional Resources Section, please do so Now.
- If we have reached out to you asking for a missing passport detail or any other correction, you must respond.
- Jama’at will review all registrations and will inform you if you are Conditionally Approved to go to the Trip with further instructions.
- There is also going to be a Waitlist Quota added in case an individual has an issue obtaining the Visa in a timely manner (More info later)
- If you are not fully committed or do not know whether you will go or not, you must inform us as we are denying a significant number of registrants and by you not fully committed would take a blessed opportunity away from them. If you are thinking that I will just get the Visa and not go with the group, this will not be allowed as we reserve the right to work with Indian Consulate to cancel your visa which may also have a negative impact on any future travels to India.
I am approved, what are the next steps?
- Upon approval, you information is sent to India Jama’at for a Sponsor Letter that will accompany your application.
- You must start collecting supporting document that needs to go with your application (i.e; financial statement, parents/grand-parents information, work/school history etc)
- Each Applicant must apply for Visa no later than July 15th, 2024. – This process can easily take up to 4 months.
- Visa Cost will vary based on the Citizenship but for US Citizens it’s about $160. The visa fees are non-refundable and are the applicant’s own responsibility. For more visa related questions, you can directly check these links;

- Applicants of Pakistani Origin have extra paperwork to fill out along with some additional documentation that they need to provide
- As outlined in the Eligibility Criteria, citizens of any country legally residing in the US can apply for the Visa. Even Pakistani Passport holders residing in the US can apply and get the Visit Visa. However, anyone with a Valid Pakistani passport must apply on their Pakistani Passport – even if the applicant holds Dual US and Pakistani Citizenship.
